Poor customer service

We went to the location in Chatsworth on Lassen, and the girl in the drive thru was so rude and had such a nasty attitude with him, I just drove off. I was trying to pay for my food, but she wouldn't put the machine where I could reach it, and I told her twice, but she didn't care. I was pissed off I left!! Will never go back!!!! Terrible!!!

Terrible experience

i came through drive thru on friday april 10th 2020. purchased approximately 55$ worth of food. first was asked too wait outside which was fine despite the fact we went through drive thru because we were in a rush (i had a notary on the way to my home for a refinance signing). we waited outside for approx 7 minutes when my friend put on her mask and gloves and had to go inside. she came out and said that the milkshake machine wasnt working right and they asked to wait longer. we ordered 6 shakes for our kids. we said we would have to come back. when we got home half of the food was cold. french fries were missing and to top it all off my husband who just had wrist surgery days prior was eating his taco and pulled a 6inch gray hair out of his mouth. we are in a pandemic that is disgusting normally let alone right now. in addition they gave us no reciept. once i was done with the notary we went back. notably upset. showed them the hair and they essentially blamed us and said it wasnt their hair. we are all i am 31 my husband 32 my friend 26 and 6 kids all with dark dark hair. then argued over the fries and everything else. i then called corporate and spoke to a lady who said she filed a report to get a refund and i would hear from someone. never did. called again was on hold for 37 minutes to be hung up on. called a third time and another lady said she sent in another report. emailed twice and now am very frustrated as we eat here all the time and to be treated so so poorly as a customer during this time is tragic. clinton keith location

Television commercial

I'm a 70 year old senior citizen and have patronized Del Taco for many years. Myself and hundreds of my friends just want you to know that the "rap" commercial is totally ridiculous. YO, do you know what I mean? Grow up Del Taco. This doesn't mean that we won't eat there anymore.

COMPLAINT !!!

I am horribly dissatisfied and disturbed about my visit to Del Taco today. When I pulled up to the window to pay the employee at the window reached for my money and snot dripped out of his nose. I was completely disgusted and requested my money back immediately. As you know this Covid 19 virus is still an current issue that is life threatening and to have someone serving customers I'm such a way I believe is poor Management. Not to mention I was informed by the Manager of that location that no one is wearing mask because it's too hot and she didn't even have on one. She also stated it wasn't a requirement to wear a mask. As Management required or not health and safety should be a priority especially during these dangerous unpredictable times with the Covid 19 virus is still a very present issue. That locations need to be investigated or closed.

Dissatisfied with service/food

I had to wait 3 mins for my order to be taken. My order was wrong after I verified it 3 times with the person who took my order. My fries were not fully cooked. They were cold. I asked for my fries to be crispy. My tacos had lettuce on them after I asked 3 times for no lettuce. My churros were fried too hard. I spent over $30 and Im very, very pissed off. I spent way too much money to not have my order correct.

Covid 19 complaint

Workers at your store in Pasadena know other workers are living with people who have been diagnosed with the virus. HR and the manager will not deal with this issue. The workers living with infected people are still working. This is putting the employees and public at risk. We are filling a complaint with the county and OSHA, if OSHA is in that field.

Changing of cheddar cheese to white cheese

I dont understand del taco changing the recipe and name of macho nacho. Peppered cheese, whether smooth or otherwise.Nachos with cheese is not an eye catching phrase so it took 20 minutes to find on the menu.Your portion control has changed as well. Easier to eat out of a round platter than an oblong one. Really disappointed. Please give us a choice of cheeses. I know your plates are full, but please bring back the cheddar.

A great employee

I paid with a $20 and and .63 cents for a $5.63 order and then drove off to a parking space to eat. I left without my $15 change. The employee At the drive thru window came running out to give me my change. I wish I had gotten her name but it was at the Alameda and 12th street Del Taco in Norman, OK. She was an older African American woman. She could have pocketed the money and no one would have known because I Was in a hurry and had no idea Id my mistake. You hear about the bad but you should know about your good employees too.

Overcharged Unpleasant Visit

My Husband and I came to store #0103 in Long Beach, Ca. Cross streets of Downey Ave.

and South St. We came to the drive through and gave our cashier 2 credit cards and when our cashier swiped them both she said they both declined. However, per our Capital One apps and emails. It showed that 1 transactions was approved (Del Taco for $16.10).

When we told the cashier she denied it went through. To make matters worse we also see that we were charged 3 times on 1 card and 2 times on another. She gave us a really hard time and wouldn't give us our food. My husband had to pay cash just to get our food.

Then the cashier said "Maybe you should make sure you have money on your card before using it!" I was livid. I asked for her name she refused. I asked for the manager and she said she was the manager. On our receipt it shows the employees name is MARIA.

We are regulars here and love Del Tacos convenient price as well as your food. Today was a very big disappointment. I really hope and pray you can help me fix this. She was rude and very unprofessional.

I would greatly appreciate a response if possible. Please and Thank you.

Bad customer service from two employees

I went to the drive through I had to walk up because my car broke down I had the app on my phone for the $1 french fries attempted to show Alexa at the Charleston and town center complex in Las Vegas Nevada and Alexa declined to scan the bar code I ordered from the app the additional burrito for free for ordering the food, Alexa said my name even though I did not tell her and she said I remember you from last time, normally that would be nice however she was attempting to taunt me to cause conflict, I did not say anything and just said I was just trying to order food why are you acting so confrontational with me? The manager goes over to the window now both woman seemed like they wanted to attack me, I said I was just trying to place an order and the manager named Jackson says what else did I want she was not going to charge me and that normally cannot do drive through window, I said the door was closed and with the COVID pandemic I would of though Del Taco would not have a problem with customers attempting to order food, the other girl Alexa was trying to start an argument with me they were trying to get me to order something else, than Jackson said that she the manager was going to report me????

Jackson said I have another customer, and said go ahead, I said No!

I said I am a customer also attempting to order food. I am like for what attempting to order food and than Jackson said to me you don't have to pay.

I said no I am paying for my food here is the money, I had change to give she practically threw my food bag at me at the window than takes the money I gave to pay for my food and throws the money out the window at the drive through I to the driveway and slams the drive through window, both women were Mexican workers the last time I was in I went into the lobby and there was another Caucasian male working as if being trained, I feel that because I was being hasselled was I am a Caucasian female and for whatever reason the two women conspired against me, threatening to report me for what being a customer, if Del Taco did not have customers the two women would obviously not have a job?

Both behavior from each woman seems unacceptable and especially working in Customer service possibly they need to not Interact with other woman if so hostile towards customers, trying to taunt customers to cause chaos is very, very bad service and especially when the manager jumped on board and threw my money back at me?

And refusing to scan one of my apps, or charge for my food what is behind all this bad service? Go empty trash cans if they don't want customers.

Price Increases

Have been a customer of Del Taco for 50 years and even purchased food from founders of Del Taco. Purchased a simple Bean &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; cheese burrito with green sauce and onion and had a up charge of $.25 for onions. This seems outrageous and I shall cease buying food from Del Taco if that is going to be the norm. Thank you
